1. Shame & Vulnerability – The Hidden Gates to Deeper Union
You can’t show up for each other if you’re fried, stressed, and resentful. Learn how to meet your own needs and theirs — without turning into a martyr or a drill sergeant.
2. Honoring Yourself & Honoring Your Partner
Spoiler: she doesn’t want to nag. Her nagging is a question: “Am I safe? Do you see me?” We’ll unpack the real reason behind the repetition and show you how to end the cycle without another lecture.

Men: your job isn’t to fix her, it’s to hold her and be the container for her fire. Women: when your spark is ignored, you dim. This week is about reigniting the polarity that makes intimacy exciting again.
